Your Sessions
I offer face-to-face counselling in Rochester, Kent, as well as online counselling across the UK.
Sessions are usually held weekly on the same day and at the same time, with each session lasting 50 minutes. Meeting regularly provides a consistent space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, while allowing us to build a strong therapeutic relationship. If needed, I can also accommodate more frequent sessions.
If you would like to find out more before booking, I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense of whether counselling with me feels right for you.
Fees
50-minute sessions are £60 during office hours (8.00am–5.30pm).
Evening appointments after 5.30pm and weekend appointments are £70 per session.
Payment
To secure your appointment, payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, your appointment may be released.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellations
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.

A 12 minute walk from Chatham train station and a 15 minute walk from Rochester train station.
Off road parking can be limited but there is plenty of paid on street parking available.
